Green Built™ homes are certified by an independent, third party inspector who looks
at all aspects of the home from the planning stage through completion. Inspectors award points based on lot design, preparation and development, resource efficiency; energy efficiency, indoor and outdoor water use; indoor environmental quality; operation, maintenance and homeowner education; and global impact.
Green Built™ and ENERGY STAR® Performance
